What is it for and how it works?
The adjustable atlas stone is my special type of atlas stone with a hollow core that I commonly use at strongman events. — fill with the material of your choice and give yourself exactly the weight you need in grams precision! Fillings - sand, steel granules, or lead shot.
One stone reliably replaces up to twenty atlases — from a lighter version for technique to a racing heavyweight or PR. This way you don't have to buy a separate piece for each weight. It saves you money, you know exactly how much the atlas weighs, and you save an extreme amount of space.
A number of records have been broken on this type of stone and it is commonly used in Czechia, especially in an event Atlas for max.
